5.5. know the design of centrifugal and vacuum pumps, basic information on electrical engineering, hydraulics, mechanics, the design and location of instrumentation and automation, rules for starting and stopping pumping units, methods for troubleshooting equipment and eliminating accidents;

5.6. observe the established mode of conducting the technological process in accordance with the technological instructions;

5.7. train newly hired drivers assigned to him in the process of work in safe techniques and work methods;

5.8. monitor the wearing of issued special clothing and safety footwear by subordinate drivers, and their use of the required protective equipment;

5.9. do not allow unauthorized persons into the pumping room;

5.10. comply with the requirements of instructions and rules on labor protection, fire and gas safety, industrial sanitation in the workplace and when performing one-time work;

5.11. attend production and technical courses at least once every three years followed by passing exams;

5.12. it is mandatory to undergo a medical examination and fluorographic examination;

5.13. report to the shift supervisor:

About identified malfunctions of pumping equipment, electrical devices, protective fences, instrumentation and automation, about violations of the technological regime;

On cases of detection of inoperability of signaling and other protective emergency devices;

About each case of injury, poisoning, fire or other incident at or near the work site;

6. RESPONSIBILITY

6.1. The operator of pumping units is responsible for the quality and timeliness of fulfillment of the duties assigned to him by this job description in accordance with current legislation.
