Cabbage salad

  • 1 medium sized head salad

  • 1 medium bunch of parsley
  • salt to taste.

Carefully disassemble the cabbage lettuce into leaves, rinse well. Be sure to disassemble and rinse thoroughly - there may be worms inside, you can do this at home, take a clean head salad with you.

Tear the leaves with your hands, do not cut, add onions or green onions, a lot of chopped parsley (parsley is appropriate here, do not change it with anything), pour lemon juice, olive oil, salt.

In no case do not pour vinegar, it does not go with leafy salads, they are very tender and do not like edible vinegar. Mix just before serving.

White bean salad

  • boiled white beans - 200 gr.,
  • hard boiled eggs - 1 pc,
  • tomatoes -1-2 pcs.,

Soak the beans for at least 6 hours, boil over low heat, make sure that they do not fall apart and remain firm. Finished beans should be soft and hold their shape and be cold. Cut the onion into thin half rings, the tomatoes, the diced pepper, pitted the olives, also cut into rings.

Pour all this together with cold beans with olive oil and lemon juice or vinegar, salt and pepper, do not forget about the salt in the olives. Put the prepared salad in a slide in a deep salad bowl, decorate on top with slices of a hard egg.

Turkish kefir salad with herbs and cucumbers - zhazik

Beat kefir or curdled milk until smooth, homogeneous consistency, rub the cucumbers on a coarse grater or finely chop, crush the garlic thoroughly with a mortar. Put everything together, mix thoroughly, salt and pepper to taste. Add ground dry mint at the end, mix gently.

Serve the ready-made zhazhyk in deep salad bowls, pour a stream of olive oil on top.

Festive salad an appetizer for a shish kebab for a birthday

  • Cabbage salad is a small head,
  • tuna in oil - a small can,
  • canned corn -2-3 tbsp,
  • tomato - 1 pc.,
  • bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.,
  • garlic -1-2 cloves,
  • kefir 4-5 tablespoons,
  • mayonnaise - 1-2 tsp,
  • olive oil -1 tsp,
  • dry crushed mint – 1 tsp.

For this salad, you first need to prepare your sauce. Crush the garlic in a mortar, mix with kefir, mayonnaise, olive oil. Drain all the oil from the tuna jar, knead the pulp.

Disassemble the head salad, rinse it, break it with your hands or chop it. Cut the tomatoes and peppers into cubes. Place the ingredients in a wide, shallow salad bowl in layers, do not mix.

Put a layer of lettuce at the very bottom, in turn sprinkle tomatoes, peppers, mashed tuna on top. Top with another layer of lettuce and corn. Pour the sauce over everything evenly, decorate the top with branches of greenery, corn grains.

Let stand for 10-15 minutes and serve.

Melt butter in a saucepan, fry flour until golden brown, add broth, stir, boil, add salt, pepper, sour cream and boil again. Sprinkle the sauce with finely chopped herbs.

100 g dried plums, garlic, salt, pepper, parsley or cilantro.
