Last year I found out about cupcakes in a cup. You mix all the ingredients in a cup, put in the microwave for 3 minutes and the dessert is ready.

Most importantly, no dirty dishes, hours of waiting and ... you don't need to share with anyone. The cake is only yours, individual.

I then tried out a recipe I found on the net and got the idea to write about it on a blog. So I had an idea for a recipe. Quick cupcakes in a mug.

I can, of course, write out for a long time how, in order of turn, pour flour first, then baking powder, add sugar and salt, then carefully add liquid ingredients: milk, butter and egg and mix thoroughly so that there are no lumps. But I think it's obvious.

You just need to mix all the ingredients in a cup. Everything!

Some recipes show and tell that you need to stir in a bowl, but I think this is stupid. The beauty of a cupcake is to mix everything in a cup without wasting unnecessary dishes.

The mixture will take up about half a mug. It is normal that when the cake is baked, the dough will rise.

After a while, the cake rose so high that it almost came out of the mug. It was scary. But then it goes down and everything is fine.

We went our separate ways and decided not to stop at cupcakes, but to decorate them with curd cream like cupcakes. I was still haunted by it, so I wanted to try again.

To make curd cream you will need:

250 gr cream cheese
60 g sifted icing sugar
160 ml cream 30% (cream must be cold)
food colorings
