How to cook homemade pies with cabbage and fish:

First, knead the dough and let it rise. Pour into a very deep bowl: salt, sugar, butter, mayonnaise, pour in just boiled water and add half the vegetable oil. Let's mix. Sugar and salt should dissolve. On top of the resulting mass, sift half of the required flour (about 4 tbsp.), Pour in the yeast. mix carefully with the flour, but try not to BREW our yeast.
