  • 5 cloves of garlic;
  • 50 ml soy sauce;
  • 4 tbsp olive oil;
  • 1-2 tsp sesame seeds.

Cooking process:

  1. Cooking begins with the preparation of crustaceans. In fact, according to this recipe, you can cook not only royal, but any other types.
  2. You can fry both already peeled seafood and in shells. We tear off the head of the crustaceans, remove the shell (if any), remove the legs, the black intestinal thread that runs along the body. We wash the clean shrimp under running water, dry it thoroughly to get a golden crust.
  3. We clean the garlic cloves, rinse them, cut into thin slices.
  4. For frying seafood, we prepare fragrant garlic oil. To do this, pour vegetable oil into a hot frying pan, spread the garlic. We fry it, stirring, until the plates are well browned. It is very important to make sure that the garlic does not burn, otherwise everything will be spoiled. Remove the fried garlic from the pan.
  5. Without delay, lay the crustaceans in the pan. Fry from all sides until a beautiful blush.
  6. Drizzle fried seafood with soy sauce. Moreover, if we want to achieve a sweeter taste of the dish, the more we add this ingredient. Cook, stirring, for 2 minutes, until the prawns are caramelized and browned.
  7. We transfer the finished seafood to a plate, sprinkle with white sesame seeds, supplement with a sprig of greenfinch or chopped lemon. Snacks are only served hot.

You can endlessly pick up epithets for fried shrimp in cream with garlic in soy sauce. Seafood is so tender and juicy that it just melts in your mouth. Delicate creamy taste, silky texture, garlic flavor will not leave anyone indifferent. A huge plus is that it will take no more than a quarter of an hour to prepare such a delicacy and everything is done very simply.

  1. Thoroughly clean the tiger shrimp: remove the head, shell, tear off the legs, remove the black intestine. Rinse the cooked shrimp thoroughly and dry.
  2. We clean the garlic cloves, finely chop. Pour vegetable oil into a hot pan, then send garlic, seafood. Fry the contents for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally with a spatula.
  3. Then add cream and soy sauce. The latter is better to use with more salty taste. Mix everything, reduce the heat, simmer the shrimp for a couple of minutes.

    The cream sauce should not boil violently, otherwise the cream will curdle.

  4. Tiger prawns in cream are best served with pasta or brown rice. Can be served separately, garnished with greenfinch.
