  • olive oil - 3 tbsp. spoons
  • Garlic - 12 Cloves
  • a bunch of parsley - 1 Piece
  • packaging of ricotta cheese - 1 Piece (450 g)
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/2 Cup (plus cheese for sprinkling)
  • peeled shrimp - 900 Grams
  • salt and pepper - To taste
  • red pepper flakes - 1 Pinch
  • baguette - 1 Piece

  1. Cut the baguette in half lengthwise and then into 4 parts. Peel and crush 8 cloves of garlic, peel the remaining 4 cloves and chop finely.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Fry the crushed garlic until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
  3. Place the garlic in a food processor (leave the oil in the skillet). Add parsley and chop. Set aside 1/4 cup of the resulting garlic mixture.
  4. Add ricotta and Parmesan cheese to the remaining mixture, mix until smooth. Preheat oven to 260 degrees.
  5. In the same skillet where the garlic was fried, heat the remaining olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped garlic and red pepper flakes, fry, stirring occasionally, for 1 minute.
  6. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper and fry, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes. Toss in the reserved garlic mixture.
  7. Brush baguette slices with cheese mixture and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Top with shrimp mixture and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Bake in oven until cheese is melted, 7 to 10 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • Baguette 1 pc.
  • Large cucumber 1 pc.
  • Boiled and peeled shrimps 300 gr. approximately
  • Mayonnaise
  • Pickled onions

To make pickled onions:

  1. The only thing to cook is the shrimp. We clean them, remove their heads and tails. We put them in boiling water for 3-4 minutes, then we take them out of the water and let them dry.
  2. Grind all the ingredients, except for the baguette, in a blender until smooth - and the shrimp paste is ready. It remains only to spread it on a sliced ​​baguette (a baguette can be replaced with white bread).
  3. For beauty, we cut off the crusts of a baguette or white bread so that only crumb remains, spread the pasta on the bread - and serve. On personal feelings, it goes best with fresh cucumber and herbs.

Spicy shrimp sandwiches

Among all the appetizers that I have ever prepared for my guests, this one has always enjoyed the greatest success - spicy shrimp sandwiches. I really like that cooking this appetizer is as easy as shelling pears, literally 5-10 minutes of simple efforts - and you're done. But at the same time, in terms of taste, these shrimp sandwiches are almost perfect. Well, of course - the authorship of the recipe belongs not to someone, but to Jamie Oliver.

Ingredients:

  • Tiger shrimps - 30 Pieces
  • Garlic - 4 Cloves
  • Ginger pieces - 1 Tbsp. a spoon
  • Chili Pepper - 2 Pieces
  • Bulgarian pepper - 1 Piece
  • Lemon - 1 Piece
  • A bunch of parsley - 1 Piece

Cooking methods:

  1. Traditionally, we double-check the ingredients to see if everything is in place.
  2. We clean the vegetables, take out the seeds from the peppers and throw them away - all the spiciness comes from them.
  3. Chop all vegetables into small-small cubes.
  4. Heat olive oil in a frying pan - a lot.
  5. Put vegetables there and fry over medium heat until soft - 4 minutes.
  6. Now add the peeled shrimps to the pan.
  7. After 2 minutes, when the shrimps turn a little pink, squeeze the juice of one lemon into the pan.
  8. We fry for another 2 minutes, then sprinkle with parsley and remove from heat.
  9. We take slices of white crispy bread, spread a little of our filling on each one - and serve.

Bruschetta with green peas and shrimps

I love bruschetta, and bruschetta with green peas and tiger prawns is one of my specialties. Peas go very well with shrimp, plus garlic is felt very well here. Preparing bruschetta with green peas and shrimps, as you can see from my recipe, is very simple, but it looks much more festive and more interesting than ordinary sandwiches.

Ingredients:

  • Tiger prawns - 12 Pieces
  • Feta cheese - 100 Grams
  • Frozen Green Peas - 150 Grams
  • Lemon - 1/2 Piece
  • Garlic - 3 Cloves
  • Baguette Slices - 6 Slices
  • Salt, black pepper, olive oil - - To taste

Cooking methods:

  1. Frozen green peas should be boiled in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. We discard the boiled peas in a colander.
  2. Grind boiled peas, feta and 1 clove of garlic in a blender until smooth. Add a spoonful of olive oil, salt, pepper, a spoonful of lemon juice and mix again.
  3. Fry the tiger prawns, peeled from the shell and intestinal veins, in olive oil for 2-3 minutes on each side, together with one clove of garlic and the zest of half a lemon.
  4. Fry the baguette in a toaster or in a dry frying pan, rub immediately with one clove of garlic.
  5. Put the green pea paste and tiger prawns on top. We serve immediately. Bruschetta is ready!

Shrimp and cheese sandwiches

Ingredients:

  • French baguette - 0.3 kg;
  • boiled-frozen shrimp, unpeeled - 0.5 kg;
  • cream cheese - 0.25 kg;
  • hard cheese - 30 g;
  • fresh herbs - 50 g;
  • olive oil - how much will it take.

Cooking method:

  1. Boil the shrimps in salted water with the addition of dill, fresh or dried black pepper. Cool and clean.
  2. Set aside some of the greens to decorate the dish, chop some finely.
  3. Coarsely chop the cream cheese, put in the blender bowl, add the chopped herbs, mix with the machine.
  4. Slice the bread obliquely into elliptical pieces. The optimum thickness of each piece is 7–8 mm.
  5. Grease a skillet with olive oil and fry the pieces of baguette on both sides.
  6. When the bread has cooled, cover it with a thick layer of cream cheese.
  7. Spread the shrimps over the sandwiches, slightly dipping them into the cheese with their tails.
  8. Chop the remaining greens.
  9. Finely grate the hard cheese.
  10. Sprinkle your sandwiches with a mixture of cheese and herbs. Additionally, they can be decorated with dill sprigs.

Despite the simplicity of the composition, the sandwiches look festive and tempting, they have a pleasant taste. They will not leave your guests indifferent.

Sandwiches with shrimps, tomatoes and olives

Ingredients:

  • sliced ​​loaf - 0.35 kg;
  • peeled shrimp (preferably large) - 0.3 kg;
  • tomatoes - 0.3 kg;
  • lime or lemon - 1 pc.;
  • pitted olives - 100 g;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • olive oil - how much will it take;
  • greens - for decoration.

Cooking method:

  1. Cut the tomatoes into cubes about an inch or a half.
  2. Chop the garlic finely with a knife.
  3. Combine tomatoes with olives and garlic, adding lime squeezed juice to them.
  4. Boil the shrimp in salted water, dry, then brown on both sides, placing in a frying pan with boiling olive oil.
  5. Cut the loaf into not too thin slices, fry on both sides.
  6. When the loaf pieces are cool, spread the vegetable mixture over them. Top with fried shrimp. Garnish with sprigs of basil or parsley.

Shrimp, pepper and horseradish sandwiches

Ingredients:

  • sliced ​​loaf - 0.3-0.35 kg;
  • boiled and peeled shrimps (small ones are also possible) - 0.3 kg;
  • processed cheese - 150 g;
  • grated horseradish with lemon juice - 10 g;
  • pitted olives - 100 g;
  • Bulgarian pepper - 0.2 kg;
  • chili sauce - 10 ml;
  • greens - for decoration.

Cooking methods:

  1. Boil water, lightly salt it, throw shrimp into it. Cook for 4-5 minutes, fold in a colander. Peel the cooled shrimp, arrange in two plates, trying to put the most beautiful and largest ones in one of them.
  2. Those shrimps that seemed the least attractive to you, finely chop with a knife.
  3. Add horseradish, finely chopped pepper, sauce to the chopped shrimp, mix well.
  4. Hold the cheese for half an hour in the freezer, then grate and mix with other chopped foods.
  5. Cut the bread into thin slices, dry them in the oven or toaster.
  6. Spread the mass of cheese, shrimp, pepper, horseradish and hot sauce over the sandwiches.
  7. Garnish with whole shrimp, olives and herbs.

Sandwiches with seafood made according to the given recipe will appeal to lovers of spicy dishes. They are good on their own or as a snack with a frothy drink.

Light shrimp sandwiches

Ingredients:

  • crispbreads - 10 pcs.;
  • boiled and peeled shrimp - 0.2 kg;
  • fresh cucumber - 0.2 kg;
  • Feta cheese or similar - 100 g;
  • grapefruit - 10 slices;
  • greens to taste.

Cooking method:

  1. Prepare shrimp.
  2. Wash the cucumber, dry with a napkin, cut into circles.
  3. Mash the cheese with a fork, cover the bread with a thin layer.
  4. Arrange the cucumber slices, place the shrimps on them.
  5. Peel the grapefruit, divide into wedges, free them from the film and spread over the sandwiches.
  6. Garnish each sandwich with a sprig of dill or parsley.

Hot shrimp sandwiches

Ingredients:

  • toaster bread - 8 slices;
  • boiled and frozen shrimp, peeled - 150 g;
  • mayonnaise - 50 ml;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • cheese - 0.2 kg;
  • tomatoes - 0.3 kg;
  • seasonings to taste.

Cooking method:

  1. Defrost the shrimp in a colander to drain the water.
  2. If you have not boiled-frozen seafood, but simply frozen, then throw them into boiling water and cook for 2-3 minutes, then discard in a colander and wait for the water to drain.

  5. Wash the tomatoes, dry with a napkin, cut into medium-sized slices.
