This post of mine has been very popular lately, so I decided to move it for the time being.

1. You need to sit comfortably on the floor (in Turkish, lotus position) so that there is 2-3 meters of free space in front.

2. Close your eyes and relax.

3. Feel yourself more than the physical body (infinite consciousness, soul, universal energy - that is, get out of the mistaken understanding that you are the body)

4. Turn to your Higher Self (or to the one you believe in) something like this: "My Higher Self, I ask you to let me fulfill my plan." Say so and be sure to be well aware of what you are saying.

5. After that, with your right hand (open palm facing forward), swipe from left to right, saying-thinking-imagining: "Opening the spatial plane." The palm movement is similar to wiping a wet window - imagine a 1.5 meter wide window, and you move your palm from its left edge to its right edge.

6. When you hold your palm like this and say these words, imagine very well that an endless plane will form in front of you after your palm. It is precisely infinite and divides the world into two parts - the one in which you are now at the moment and the one into which you will now move.

7. Further, keeping this picture well in your mind - ie. concentrating well on these three elements: a) the world in which you are now, b) an endless plane in front of you, c) the world into which you will now move (the world behind the plane) - start defining what you want to leave and what you want purchase. In other words, which reality do you want to go to and which one you want to leave.

8. In this part of the setup, you are completely free to define these realities. You always need to start with the one in which you are now (at the time of setting) and then move on to the one that is behind the plane.

9. For example, it may look like this: you sit with your eyes closed (you understand that there is a plane in front of you dividing the world into two parts) and say-think to yourself: "In this reality I have health problems (you can clarify-formulate a specific disease , for example: problems with the liver, eyes, heart, etc.), I am not decisive enough, I do not understand people well, I am not fully respected, I am completely devoid of a feeling of love for strangers, I have no compassion, I have very big financial difficulties, I just can't open the Third Eye and awaken the Kundalini, bad relationships in the family, my life is completely devoid of meaning ... "Then you switch your consciousness to the reality located behind the plane and say-think:" In that in reality, I am completely healthy, I am lucky and everyone loves and respects me, I have as much money as I need, I fully possess all superpowers, all my thoughts and desires materialize quickly, life brings me joy and satisfaction yeah, I am the source of happiness and well-being ... ".

10. After that you get up (keeping the entire created picture in your consciousness) and pass through the spatial plane.

11. Then sit down in front of the place where you were just sitting on the other side of the plane (mirror image), close your eyes and again realize the fact that you have passed into the reality that you formulated while behind the plane. Those. once again focus on the understanding of the following: "In this reality, I am completely healthy, I am lucky and everyone loves and respects me, I have as much money as I need, I fully possess all superpowers, all my thoughts and desires quickly materialize, life brings me joy and satisfaction, I am the source of happiness and well-being ... ".

12. Next, you need to remove (close) the spatial plane. To do this, you do the same with your left hand as you did with your right hand, but just the opposite. Those. with the palm of your left hand you make a movement from right to left and at the same time say-think-imagine: "I am closing the spatial plane." And you can imagine how the plane disappears after the hand.

13. After that, self-tuning is completed and it can be repeated at any other time (every other day, after a week or a year) at will, any number of times.

* One such setting is quite enough for invisible mechanisms to turn on, transforming your life for the better. But you can self-tune as many times as you like.

* I repeat once again that the wording of what you want to acquire (which reality to go to) and what to get rid of (which reality to leave) can be absolutely any.

Meditation is an integral part of my life. This has not always been the case.

I have tried to meditate for years; the beginning was when I was 23 years old and I lived in San Francisco, where I was introduced to transcendental meditation or TM (yes, exactly the one that became popular thanks to the Beatles). It scared me because I didn't understand how it worked. For me, it seemed like something on the verge of mysticism. I started learning TM and was amazed at how beneficial this technique is. It helps relieve anxiety and stress and generally brings calmness to hectic hectic life.

The promises of TM's benefits intrigued me, but it took me three more years before I returned to her and came to the real first class. From that moment on, I felt some shifts, but my mind continued to protest. I was skeptical. How can meditation do all this? Is it really that simple?

Since I have struggled with panic attacks and chronic anxiety, even occasional meditation has helped me tremendously, but only for short periods of time. Soon after I got better, I returned to my old behaviors again. It was difficult for me to just sit quietly for 20 minutes twice a day. Sometimes time flew by imperceptibly, and sometimes I could not bear the silence and my loneliness together with my inner endless dialogue. My thoughts lined up, one after another, like planes on a runway.

I continued to meditate on a frivolous and irregular basis for the next ten years. I remembered her when I felt an urgent need for her. Every time I tried something new: guided meditation, breathing meditation, TM and even walking meditation. All this helped me to come down to earth and calm down, but I could not make meditation my regular activity.

After starting my own company and starting a new career, I finally began to take meditation seriously. I listened to my instincts and decided to take meditation seriously. Since then, I have meditated almost every day. If I missed one day, I immediately noticed the difference. I felt that I was missing something and immediately the next day I returned to this practice. Since I have my own business, sometimes my schedule is so limited that I have to choose between meditation and training. 9 times out of 10, I choose meditation.

I choose meditation every day because I know about its benefits in my life. Most importantly, meditation calms me down. She slows everything down. Whatever happens in my life at this moment, everything stops. Meditation helps me breathe mindfully and just exist. She doesn't stop my thoughts, and she shouldn't. They keep popping up in my head, but rather, I just accept them, but don't react. I just let them be in my head when I chant the mantra. Sometimes my feelings are so deep, powerful and spiritual that I get incredible enlightenment. Sometimes, I just feel like I’m reborn, like I slept really well. Be that as it may, I am always calm because of meditation.

I went through a long learning process to become a meditator. It was not that I just learned about meditation and immediately fell in love with it, although I knew about its benefits for myself personally. It took me a lot of time and patience with myself to come to what I have now. I gained a lot of inner peace and the ability to trust myself. Meditation has helped and is helping me to make the right choices in my life. Meditation is essential for me.

I know I will meditate for the rest of my life. In fact, I decided to expand this practice and become a meditation teacher. I do not expect anything from this undertaking, only to become even more open to myself.

Meditation is a very personal experience and everyone has their own path. I recommend that you do not give up meditation. Remember: this is practice. If it doesn't work out on the first, second, third attempt, that's okay, don't despair. Perhaps you simply did not find the type of meditation that is right for you and you need to try further. Like anything valuable in life, the benefits of meditation will appear over time.

Some people live on autopilot all their lives - for them it is a routine, everyday lifestyle. Constant companions for them are emptiness and dullness. But you can breathe freely, -.

Try to feel right now that you are here, that you are breathing and living. To do this, stop the internal dialogue. Or at least try to interrupt the flow of thoughts at least for a short while. Relationships with other people also improve - probably due to an increase in the ability to pick up non-verbal emotional signals and better feel the inner world of others.

We begin to feel compassionate about other people's experiences and truly empathize with them through our newfound ability to understand their point of view.

This belief is reinforced by the fact that this form of awareness stimulates the activity and growth of the relevant areas of the brain responsible for relationships with people, emotions and physiological responses to stress.

Silence inside

We devote 99% of our time to worries. And this is understandable: we want to satisfy everyday needs because we want to feel safe. But many of us are preoccupied with meeting our needs beyond our basic needs. Nothing threatens our physical safety, we are full, we have a roof over our heads and a loving family. And yet we are in a state of permanent excitement.


Mindfulness gives you inner space and tranquility, allowing you to look deep inside yourself and understand who you really are and what you want from your life -.

Meditation helps to subdue the noise within ourselves that most of us suffer from. Only “deafening silence” helps to hear what the heart wants to say about who you are and what you want, because the noise distracts you day and night. If your head was full of thoughts, especially negative thoughts, it is worth considering how to find silence.

I Am Here, or Simple Meditation

The simplest breathing meditation is a good way to saturate our body and mind with awareness. Mindful breathing provides an opportunity for a healing break. Sit on the floor, cross your legs, and try to monitor your breathing. As you inhale for the first time, mentally say the first line of the phrase below, and as you exhale for the first time, say the second. With the next breaths in and out, you can only pronounce the key words.


As I breathe in, I am aware that I am breathing in.

As I exhale, I am aware that I am exhaling.

I breathe in, it gets deeper.

I breathe in, it gets slower.

I breathe in, I am aware of my body.

I breathe out, I calm my body.

I breathe in, I smile.

I breathe out, I release.

I breathe in, I am in the present moment.

I breathe out, I enjoy the present moment.

In just two or three seconds of conscious breathing, we wake up and realize that we are living, that we are breathing. We are here. We exist. The noise inside us disappears. And a deep and expressive space is formed. We gain the ability to respond to the call of the heart with the words: “I am here. I am free. I hear you". Try it.

All the joys of life are already present here. They call out to you. If you can hear them, then stop the race. You, like all of us, need silence.

What is the first thing that comes to your mind when you hear the word "meditation"? Surely, this is calmness, serenity, zen ... We know that meditation helps to cleanse our consciousness, improves concentration, calms, teaches us to live mindfully and provides other benefits to both the mind and body. But what does meditation actually do to our brain from a physiological point of view in order to get this effect? How does it work?

You may be skeptical about how others sing the praises of meditation and extol its benefits, but in fact, it is the case that daily meditation for 15-30 minutes has a huge impact on how your life goes, how you react to situations and how you interact with people.

It's hard to describe in words if you haven't tried it. From a technical point of view, meditation allows us to change our brain and do just magical things.

Who is responsible for what

Parts of the brain affected by meditation

  • Lateral prefrontal cortex. This is the part of the brain that allows you to look at things more rationally and logically. It is also called the "Evaluation Center". It is involved in modulating emotional responses (which come from the fear center or other parts), automatically redefining behavior and habits, and reducing the brain's tendency to take things to heart by modulating the part of the brain that is responsible for you.
  • Medial prefrontal cortex. The part of the brain that constantly speaks to you, your point of view and experience. Many people call this the “Self Center” because this part of the brain processes information that relates directly to us, including the times when you dream, think about the future, reflect on yourself, communicate with people, empathize with others or try to understand them. ... Psychologists call this the Auto-Referral Center.

The most interesting thing about the medial prefrontal cortex is that it actually consists of two sections:

  • Ventromedial medial prefrontal cortex (VMPFC). She is involved in the processing of information related to you and with people who, in your opinion, are similar to you. This is the part of the brain that can make you take things too close to your heart, it can make you anxious, anxiety or stress you. That is, you stress yourself when you start to worry too much.
  • Dorsomedial prefrontal cortex (dmPFC). This part processes information about people whom you consider to be different from yourself (that is, completely different). This very important part of the brain is involved in empathy and maintaining social connections.

So, we are left with an islet of the brain and a cerebellar amygdala:

  • Island. This part of the brain is responsible for our bodily sensations and helps us keep track of how strongly we will perceive what is happening in our body. She is also actively involved in experiencing in general and in empathizing with others.
  • Cerebellar tonsil. This is our alarm system, which, since the days of the first people, has launched the “fight or flight” program in our country. This is our Fear Center.

The brain without meditation

If you look at the brain before a person begins to meditate, you can see strong neural connections within the Self Center and between the Self Center and the regions of the brain that are responsible for bodily sensations and fear. This means that as soon as you feel any anxiety, fear, or bodily sensation (itching, tingling, etc.), you are more likely to respond to it as anxiety. And this is because your Center of Self processes a huge amount of information.
