2. Place the shrimp and fry along with the onion for a couple of minutes. Then immediately squeeze lemon juice onto them. Stir. There is a similar recipe with white wine. You can pour an alcoholic drink over the shellfish, then evaporate it.

3. Combine soy sauce with spices, add herbs and stir.

4. Pour soy sauce over the fried shrimp, cook for another two minutes, transfer from the frying pan to a plate.

Spicy shrimp fried in soy sauce on the grill

Marinade recipe for cooking shrimp on the grill. The dish is very easy to prepare; there is no need to peel the shellfish. In addition to a real barbecue, you can use any electric grill or grooved frying pan.

Ingredients

500 g large shrimp;

120 ml soy sauce;

1 hot chili pepper;

3 cloves of garlic;

0.3 tsp. ground ginger;

0.5 lemon;

Olive oil;

1 tsp. sugar or honey.

Preparation

1. Chop the garlic into pieces or thin slices, mix with sugar, add ground dry ginger to it. You can also use fresh root. In this case, it needs to be cleaned and rubbed.

2. Add very finely chopped hot pepper, stir, pour soy sauce into the marinade and squeeze out lemon juice. If the citrus is small, then use it whole.

3. Wash the shrimp. There is no need to cut anything, but we make an incision along the shell and remove the intestines.

4. Immerse the shrimp in the marinade and rub thoroughly with your hands so that the sauce saturates the shellfish as best as possible.

5. Leave to marinate for an hour, but it can be longer.

6. Prepare the barbecue or grill, or simply put a frying pan on the stove and heat it up.

7. Remove the shellfish from the marinade and sprinkle with olive oil.

8. Place the shrimp on the grill and cook until golden brown. If small shellfish are used, they can be pre-strung on a wooden skewer, which will make cooking more convenient.

Shrimp fried in soy sauce with tomatoes

Recipe for quick shrimp fried in soy sauce. For the dish you will also need ripe tomatoes, you can even take sour varieties, shellfish love this.

Ingredients

250 g peeled shrimp;

3-4 tomatoes;

5 cloves of garlic;

70 ml soy sauce;

Greens, oil.

Preparation

1. You don’t need to marinate anything in advance, but you will need to remove the skins from the tomatoes. Place them in boiling water for a minute, cool, and remove everything unnecessary. Cut into circles or slices, discard the seal at the place where the stalk is attached.

2. Peel the garlic, chop it into small pieces, but you can grate it or put it through a press.

3. Heat the oil, add the shrimp, fry over high heat for a minute.

4. Pour in soy sauce.

5. Sprinkle previously chopped garlic on top and immediately lay out the tomatoes. You can add salt and pepper to them, but not a lot, since soy sauce contains salt.

6. Cover the frying pan, reduce the heat, and simmer everything together for 5-7 minutes.

7. When serving, scoop everything together with a spatula and turn it over so that the shrimp are on top. We complement the dish with herbs.

If the shrimp have been frozen, it is important to thaw them properly. Do not rush to use a microwave or warm water, this can only spoil the seafood. Also, you should not fill shrimp without packaging with cold water, which will take away the aroma and taste. It is best to leave it in the refrigerator for several hours.

Shrimp will look impressive if, when serving, sprinkle them with sesame seeds and add lemon slices.

If it is not possible to fry shrimp on the stove in a frying pan, then you can use a slow cooker. Also, the clam is perfectly baked in the oven with any sauces, but the temperature must be set to at least 200 degrees and the dish should not be kept for a very long time.
