Liver stuffing recipe for stuffing eggs

  1. First you need to boil the eggs. They should be hard-boiled. Try not to overcook until it turns blue, as this will ruin the appearance of the dish.
  2. Carefully sort the chicken liver, remove the veins and cut it into large pieces.
  3. Boil the offal in slightly salted water. Don't forget to skim any rising foam.
  4. Remove the shells from the finished boiled eggs. During the cleaning process, try not to spoil the protein, because it should be beautiful.
  5. Cut eggs into arbitrary shapes. I cut half in half. The remaining 3 pcs. Carefully cut off the sharp end.
  6. Separate the yolks from all halves into a plate.
  7. If necessary, you can trim off some of the protein. Be sure to make indentations in the cut off caps. Previously, the further chopping process took place with the help of a fork, but now kitchen appliances come to the rescue. Therefore, place the yolks with pieces of whites in a blender bowl.
  8. Add boiled chicken liver to them. This will be a kind of minced meat. The filling options may be different, but I offer you the simplest one.
  9. Pass the garlic cloves through a press and then add them to the blender.
  10. Pour in a little sour cream, season with salt and pepper. Beat all ingredients at low speed. The result should be a homogeneous smooth mass.
  11. Then simply spoon the resulting pate into the whites with a teaspoon. Stuff the halves with a small heap.
  12. Carefully place the pate into the centers of the other whites. It doesn't matter if the eggs break a little, like in my photo. Don’t forget to stuff the “hats” and cover the egg “legs” with them.

Eggs are a light and satisfying product that many have loved since childhood. They are part of diets and often replace meat, saturating the body with the necessary protein norm. Without them it is impossible to imagine rich pastries and many famous salads. Stuffed eggs are another appetizer that doesn’t require much skill to prepare. At the same time, it will look good on the table if you decorate it with greenery and patterns from the dressing.

You can come up with the filling yourself. Often its composition depends on what is currently in the house. Sprats, vegetables, and mushrooms are also acceptable. The main thing, despite the rush, is to correctly calculate the time for boiling the eggs so that the whites are dense and elastic.

Stuffed eggs must keep their shape, so the blanks for them are hard-boiled so that both the white and the yolk become dense. Eggs should be immersed in boiling water for at least 10 minutes. After cooking, they are cooled in ice water.

Properly processed eggs can be easily peeled without damaging the whites.

When they have cooled completely, cut them in half, remove the yolk and mash it with a fork to mix it with additional filling ingredients.

Children pay much more attention to the decoration of dishes than adults. A snack in the form of mushrooms or laid out in the shape of figures will surely appeal to kids.

In this case, the eggs should not be cut in half, but crosswise. For the cap you will need 1/3 of the egg.

Children will also be interested in the colorful fillings. To prepare them, figs (red filling), beets (scarlet) or beets (soft green) are added to the standard set of ingredients.

How to beautifully decorate and serve a dish

Deviled eggs are good as a buffet dish. If you arrange them nicely on a plate and stick a skewer into each, it will be easy to pick them up. For a company or person's anniversary, you can put a small white chocolate logo or numbers on top of the filling of each egg.

If the filling is light, for contrast it can be decorated with a bright pomegranate seed, a leaf of greenery or beetroot shavings. A drop of sour cream or mayonnaise, herbs, and cheese shavings will go well with a brightly colored filling.

The appetizer will turn out neater if you cut off the bottom part of the white of the eggs, divided into halves. This will give the deviled eggs stability. If the yolk is too small, you can use a sharp-edged spoon to slightly increase the space for the filling by trimming the inner edges of the white.

When choosing eggs, you should choose those with an orange yolk. The filling with them will not be pale, but will have an unusual amber hue.

If the menu includes red caviar, you don’t have to make mini-sandwiches from which the caviar will fall, but stuff the eggs with it. The yolks are ground with butter and placed on the bottom of half an egg. Caviar is placed on top. Sprigs of herbs are placed between the stuffed eggs for beauty.

Conclusion

Previously, deviled eggs were considered a delicacy and were served on the table of the royal family and their entourage. The first snack recipes are mentioned in cookbooks of the 16th century, and the fillings in them are very diverse. Nowadays, a delicious dish is in demand during celebrations and holidays. One type of filling makes it more filling, the other makes it lighter, saving the energy of the guests for the rest of the menu.

Decorating the snack with herbs, caviar or cheese shavings will make it even more appetizing and attractive. You can involve the whole family in stuffing, although there is a danger that the eggs will be partially eaten before they reach the table.
