Cooking method

Pour about 2 liters of water into a saucepan and place over medium heat. While the water is heating up, peel and wash the vegetables. Thinly slice the cabbage, cut the carrots into strips, and cut the onion into cubes along with the celery. Place vegetables in boiling water, add salt and reduce heat. Let them cook quietly.

Meanwhile, place the minced meat in a bowl, add the egg and mix thoroughly. Add the bread soaked in milk or water and mix well again. Add salt and pepper and finely chopped herbs. Mix everything until smooth and form small round balls. Place meatballs into boiling soup.

Fry the flour in a dry frying pan. Add vegetable oil to it and fry everything together for about 2 minutes. Transfer the dressing to the cabbage soup. Finely chop the parsley root and tomatoes into pieces and add to the pan. Let the cabbage soup boil and cook for about 15-20 minutes until done.
